With understanding and skill rooted in hands-on experience, Charles Erickson tackles the role of President in both the field and administrative sides of the business. Devoted to a company with strong financial and moral standards, his perspective and motivation is geared toward a harmony of cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. Proving that true leadership is more than just a face behind a desk, he continues to marshal the company’s focus and function, both on the jobsite and in the office.

After joining the company’s office staff full-time in 1972, Charlie took on diverse roles, from Project Management / Estimation, to implementing computerized cost, scheduling, and project management accounting systems. In 1986 he became President of C. Erickson & Sons, as co-owner alongside his brother Michael. His Professional Associations include past Board Membership in the General Building Contractor’s Association (GBCA), and many charitable organizations.

Since first joining the company in 1976, Mike Erickson has been tested in nearly every aspect of the firm’s day-to-day operation through his roles as Project Manager and Marketing Director, before becoming Executive Vice President in 1986. While Mike’s responsibilities within the company remain active and dynamic, he is driven towards translating clients’ expectations of service into the reality of “The Erickson Difference.”

An Honor Graduate of Spring Garden College in Construction Engineering , Mike has been co-owner of C. Erickson (with brother Charlie) since 1986. In addition to his ongoing leadership role, he continues to be active in a number of professional associations, including the General Building Contractor’s Association (GBCA) Board of Directors and a Member of The Carpenter’s Company. Mike’s charitable activities include the Philadelphia-Montgomery Christian Academy (Past Board Chair), an Elder at Cresheim Valley Church, Chestnut Hill, and Delaware Valley Volunteers of America Program (Golf Chairman).

As a prominent figure in C. Erickson’s management profile since 1987, Mike quickly climbed the ranks within the firm, embracing his increasing responsibility in roles as diverse as Project Manager, Field Superintendent and Safety Officer. Still steeped in project management, Mike provides the kind of guidance and response that can only come from one attuned to the details of each client’s unique needs.

A 1984 Temple University graduate, Mike earned degrees in Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Construction Technology. Always a point of strength within the firm, the Erickson brothers were pleased to appoint him to the role of Vice President of Construction in 2005, the responsibilities of which he continues to embrace and execute with the enthusiasm of one natural to the role.
