Since first joining the company in 1976, Mike Erickson has been tested in nearly every aspect of the firm's day-to-day operation through his roles as Project Manager and Marketing Director, before becoming Executive Vice President in 1986. While Mike's responsibilities within the company remain active and dynamic, he is driven towards translating clients' expectations of service into the reality of "The Erickson Difference."

An Honor Graduate of Spring Garden College in Construction Engineering , Mike has been co-owner of C. Erickson (with brother Charlie) since 1986. In addition to his ongoing leadership role, he continues to be active in a number of professional associations, including the General Building Contractor's Association (GBCA) Board of Directors and a Member of The Carpenter's Company. Mike's charitable activities include the Philadelphia-Montgomery Christian Academy (Board Chair), and the United Brotherhood of Christian Construction Workers (UBCCW.)
