square foot, 126-bed skilled nursing facility, which includes an isolation
room AC system, nursing call stations, and emergency power control.
The Alzheimer's & Dementia facility features creative design and
stunning craftsmanship.
Renovation on the apartment facilities were carried out in occupied
space. The project was completed in a phased renovation schedule,
and included kitchens, bathrooms, public and common
areas, lobbies, as well as exterior improvements.
