Erickson renovated over 150,000 square feet in this historically-significant Philadelphia landmark, consistently maintaining
uninterrupted access and movement through the fully-occupied building.

The work included a historically-certified upgrade to the exterior façade, as well as a series of medical and office fit-outs for Thomas Jefferson University's Dermatology, Radiology, and Urology Centers.
