| This project consisted of the complete
interior and exterior renovation of a ten-story 80,000 square foot
historic center city building, including new core system upgrades
throughout, elevators, lobbies, corridors, and the installation of
all new interior spaces.
In addition, Erickson restored the building's historic exterior
with new windows, cornice replication (from historic photos) and
detailed cleaning of the building's original facades.
