As Construction Manager for the complete
renovation of this historically-significant Philadelphia landmark,
Erickson constructed 580 luxury hotel rooms, five restaurants, seven
kitchens, multiple ballrooms, a main reception area, meeting space,
and retail and lobby areas.
This project also included the installation of new mechanical,
electrical, and life safety systems throughout the building.
