As Construction Manager for Gap International's new 42,000 square foot building on a seven-acre wooded site, Erickson completed the two-phased construction project on a fast-track schedule of only ten months.

The building featured full-height glass curtain walls, free-floating glass staircases, an entrance pond bridge, full-length reflecting pool, and Feng Shui design, winning the GBCA's Building Excellence Award for Commercial Building in 2000.
