| Erickson has been contracted to complete
the pre-construction pricing for a 20,000 square foot interior and
exterior renovation to the University of Pennsylvania's historic Music
Building.
Plans for this project include demolition of some existing space,
constructon of a new addition, as well as associated utility and
site work. Included in the interior renovations and construction
will be classrooms, computer rooms, faculty offices and lounges,
restrooms, and other support areas.
