| Erickson was hired as Construction Manager for the
renovation and relocation of a 400-student charter middle-school,
from 1209 Vine Street, to its new home at 900 Jefferson Street in
Philadelphia.
The move requires 45,000 square feet of renovation of an existing
manufacturing facility, into finished classrooms, laboratories,
and administrative office space, including a cafeteria and gymnasium.
Project completion is anticipated for January 2010.
