Throughout construction, services were maintained in the existing operating rooms without disruption. In all, nine operating rooms were converted into eight new state-of-the-art OR suites that, including a new specialty MRI unit and an independent, custom designed Mechanical Suite.

Measuring nearly 70' x 15' and able to supply 21,000 CFM, the new, completely enclosed custom air handler / mechanical room / service vestibule was field-installed by Erickson in eight separate sections.
