Erickson has served as general contractor for multiple phase renovations of 110,000+ square feet of clinical and medical office space.

This occupied building remained fully operational throughout the renovations, and included the upgrade of base-building electrical and mechanical systems, complimented by the installation of a new 300-ton cooling tower with all associated loop piping and duct distribution. Procedure and exam rooms, including a medical gas distribution system, are located throughout the building.
