This project was home to the 100,000 square foot state-of-the-art headquarters for one of the most active organ donor programs in the country. The project required stripping the existing building to its concrete shell, as well as the complete demolition of an adjoining single-story warehouse.

The new facility included corporate offices, surgical suites, a 24/7 control center, teleconferencing space, conference rooms, and a 15,000 square foot parking garage.
