In 1987, Blank, Rome LLP selected Erickson for a 120,000 square foot, high-end renovation at Four Penn Center, and 10 years later used Erickson for their corporate office relocation to One Logan Square. Blank, Rome has relied on Erickson for their construction needs in Philadelphia, and recently for their Delaware, New Jersey, and Washington, DC offices.

This award-winning project included nearly 160,000 square feet of multi-phased corporate office renovation.The project featured an extensive law library, state-of-the-art conference floor, lawyers' offices, and secretarial stations.

Erickson is also currently working on a 200,000 square foot, multi-floor corporate renovation at One Logan, including construction of a new conference center floor, new data room, executive suites, and general office upgrades.

This former Morton's Restaurant was converted to an award-winning, state-of-the-art multi-purpose facility that included 300-capacity cafeteria and extensive commercial kitchen / servery. The project featured fully integrated sound, video and teleconferencing capabilities, and a computer area.
