This 25,000 square foot interior fit-out spanned nearly all of the business’s day-to-day practical and critical elements, including server and conference rooms, reception and work stations, lunch room and pantry areas. Conference rooms were equipped with Lutron lighting control systems, motorized shading systems linked to internal AV equipment, as well as energy-conscious motion-sensitive light fixtures in the partner offices.

Mechanical installations included new VAV systems, a new supplemental mechanical unit for the LAN sever room, and modifications to the existing sprinkler system to accommodate the new partition layout. Aesthetic touches such as granite flooring, beveled and opaque glass, cherry doors, and a new cherry reception desk with matching wall panels completed the visual and functional appeal of the space.

Despite facing permit challenges, as well as a firm end date, Erickson rose to the task to complete the project in time for the client’s occupation.
