Erickson created a new high-end sales office for the
new CityView Condominiums. The project scope included extensive demolition
and an interior fit-out with new partitions, ceilings, glass storefront,
custom reception desk with granite top, pantry, cabinets, marble floor,
and carpet.
The space was completed ahead of schedule and within the developer's
budget.
