| Formerly known as the Buttonwood Korman Suites, this
project included the renovation of existing condominiums in two separate
buildings - the North and South Towers.
North Tower work required the installation of eight luxury residential
condominiums on the second floor, with additional storage and support
space on the first. In the South Tower, Erickson recreated entrances
on the building's Hamilton Street side as well as retail and restaurant
space for commercial use.
