Serving as the general contractor with
design / build mechanical and electrical responsibility, Erickson
constructed this 6,000 square foot restaurant, which also included
a 1,200 square foot concrete and steel mezzanine. The finished restaurant
contained a full service bar and kitchen as well as a unique mesquite
wood-burning oven.
