As part of an extensive renovation to their 60,000 square foot corporate headquarters at 2301 Market Street in Philadelphia, Erickson created a complete 12,000 square foot cafeteria and kitchen for employee use.

The full-service cafeteria included food preparation and serving areas, salad bar, and atrium seating.
