The building, which had formerly served as a bank, residence, art gallery, and event space was transformed back to its neoclassical origins while simultaneously being adapted into the corporate offices of  contemporary tech company, Linode. Akamai Technologies acquired Linode and called upon Erickson in 2023 for additional tenant improvements to the interior space.

The exterior limestone façade, columns, and windows of the building were rehabilitated. The roof, plumbing and electrical system, and third-floor sky light were completely replaced. Glass-enclosed meeting spaces were created flanking the restored open, double-story banking hall. Architectural details were retained and incorporated into functional applications for the company’s office space.

Renovation of the building was executed using principles of an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) process, as well an MEP Design-Build (DB) Process.
