Preconstruction and construction services for the 13,000 SF renovation of an existing building to an Art Center. Work will include art and music classrooms, as well as a theater, to support the school’s music and art curriculums. The façade and second floor will be renovated, in addition to interior renovations and any modifi cations necessary to meet code and the needs of the school for an Arts center upgrades.

Preconstruction and construction services for renovations to the existing Conference Center Bedrooms, Conference Rooms, Servery, Corridors and Dining Area. The renovation consists of aesthetic upgrades including new carpet and base, paint, vinyl wall covering, ceiling tiles and millwork. There are also new light fixtures to be installed and minor MEP upgrades.

3rd Floor Pavillion Bldg. Clinical Labs | Philadelphia, PA
Upgrade and replacement of the current lab automation system with a larger automation system. This phased project will require a temporary condition where both new and old automation equipment will need to be operational and functioning. This duplication of systems and support functionality will require extensive MEP/FP infrastructure relocations, upgrades, and new equipment. This duplication will also require temporary swing space to be established and supported for the temporarily relocated lab personnel while Project Phases are implemented.

Gibbon Building, 9th Floor Patient Rooms | Philadelphia, PA
This six-phase project involves renovation to 85 patient rooms on the 9th Floor of Thomas Jefferson University Hospital’s Gibbon Building. Additional work will include construction of multiple nurse stations throughout the entire floor, as well as nourishment stations to support patient care.

New Design Center Showrooms at East Market | Philadelphia, PA
The Marketplace Design Center was located at 2400 Market Street for several decades. In 2015, the building was sold and the new owner planned a major redevelopment of the building. As a result, the Design Center Tenants have found a new home on the 3rd and 4th floors at 34 South 11th Street, the former Family Court building, part of the East Market Redevelopment project. The building is being stripped down to the structure, re-skinned and modernized as a multi-tenant building.

Erickson has been contracted to construct new showrooms for seven of the Design Center Tenants; Croce, Pindler, Baer, Robert Allen, Beatrice & Martin, AK & Co. and Kravet.

Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young | law
Headquarters Renovation | Philadelphia, PA
Preconstruction and construction of a four-floor restack renovation for a prestigious multi-disciplinary Center City law firm. Work will include high-end glass-front offices, the addition of a communicating staircase, and a conference center with telescoping glass partitions and complete AV fit-out. Completion of work is anticipated for winter of 2016.

Tentant Relocation & Fit-Out | Philadelphia, PA
Benefits Data Trust contracted C. Erickson and Sons to perform construction services associated with the relocation of their existing headquarters to the 27th and 28th Floors of 1515 Market Street. The 42,000 SF space will house approximately 250 employees. The work will include demolition of existing and installation of a main reception area, private offices, open workstation areas, café, meeting spaces, and server room.
