Erickson was pleased to function as construction manager for the creation of the Tower Cafe, a 7500 square foot cafeteria and servery on the 15th Floor of the ARAMARK tower. Equipped with an extensive selection of restaurant-style food preparation and serving areas — including a salad bars and coffee bar — the open, European-influenced cafe provides ARAMARK clients and employees with a spacious and well-equipped place to dine and relax.
High-tech amenities include wireless Internet access, as well as wall-mounted plasma-screen televisions for menu and promotional displays.
