This holding company, responsible for the management of eighteen billion dollars in assets, initially contracted Erickson for a 45,000 square foot high-end interior corporate office renovation, demanding the finest in finish carpentry materials and craftsmanship. The final, complete renovation of this high-end office space created a new regional corporate headquarters here in Philadelphia.
