This 78,500 square foot, fast-track projected spanned three floors and required a multi-discipline CAD coordination process. The job transformed open floors into classrooms, studios, industrial shops and executive administration suites with conference rooms and offices.
The contemporary design integrated exposed mechanical and electrical into the finished appearance, creating a lofty atmosphere appropriate for a fine arts school.
