Erickson was hired as Construction Manager for the renovation and relocation of a 400-student charter middle-school, from 1209 Vine Street, to its new home at 900 Jefferson Street in Philadelphia.
Renovation of 45,000 square feet of an existing manufacturing facility, into finished classrooms, laboratories, and administrative office space, including a cafeteria and gymnasium.
