Erickson was once again selected to manage the significant relocation of a prominent Philadelphia law firm.
This complicated 160,000 square foot renovation project was fast-tracked in order to meet the aggressive six month construction schedule. With an in-house work force of 60-100 of some of the area’s best carpenters, Erickson was able to provide this project with the skill and attention to detail worthy of this high profile client.
Our efforts did not go unnoticed, as the project was recognized with a Building Excellence Award for Craftsmanship.
