Heather brings over 20 years of experience and possesses a wealth of expertise in cultivating and nurturing relationships across diverse industry sectors such as design, engineering, real estate development, hospitality, financial services and water environmental remediation. She joins Erickson to lead the Business Development efforts for the company. Her track record includes aiding numerous multi-disciplinary firms in expanding their presence in the multifamily, educational, and healthcare markets. Heather has also played a crucial role in coaching technical personnel in effective business development strategies and enhancing workflow processes.
Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. When not working Heather is focused and engaged with her two children Jeffrey and Lanie and her two fur babies.
