This 130,000 square foot renovation of multiple occupied floors featured state-of-the-art design and detailed handcrafted finishes. Erickson’s project earned the GBCA Building Excellence Award (Craftsmanship), the Philadelphia Business Journal Building Excellence Award of the Delaware Valley (Urban Commercial category), and the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia’s Preservation Achievement Award.
