We’re excited to welcome Richard Roesch to the C. Erickson & Sons team as a Project Manager.

With over 15 years of experience managing complex projects across the Philadelphia and Atlantic City markets, Rich brings a wealth of technical expertise and leadership to Erickson. He has successfully delivered a wide range of project types—including commercial spaces, educational facilities, municipal buildings, federal work, site and utility improvements, and green space development.

Rich holds a degree in Construction Management, giving him a strong foundation in both the technical and practical aspects of building. His career has been defined by a hands-on approach, guiding teams from design inception through construction completion with a keen focus on constructability, coordination across disciplines, and proactive problem solving.

Known for his collaborative style and emphasis on owner relationships, Rich is committed to delivering quality outcomes while ensuring that every client feels supported and heard throughout the process.

“Clear communication, trust, and anticipating challenges before they happen—that’s what drives a successful project,” Richard says. “I’m excited to bring that mindset to Erickson and continue building meaningful relationships in the field.”
