Diane has over 20 years of experience in the Construction industry. She joined Erickson to lead the Marketing efforts and assist with Business Development for the company. Her construction career began as a Project Engineer, after earning her Engineer In Training (EIT) certificate and focused on facade assessment, restoration, rehabilitation and adaptive reuse. As she was eventually promoted a Senior project Manager, Diane recognized her passion for relationship building and turned to Marketing and Business Development. She has focused the last several years of her career exclusively in Marketing and Business Development. Her technical understanding of the construction process will help Erickson strengthen existing relationships and form new long-term relationships with clients.
Diane is the current President for the Philadelphia chapter of Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS Philadelphia) and is an active member of the Association for Facilities Engineering (AFE) Philadelphia Chapter, serving the board as Chapter Communications Chair.
Diane holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She is an avid animal rescuer, teaming with local rescues to foster and adopt dogs. Diane is a lifelong Delaware County (Delco) resident. When not rescuing dogs, she can be found running around Delco with her husband and two daughters or Sea Isle City.
