Over the years, our collaboration has been defined by craftsmanship, careful planning, and a shared commitment to creating environments that inspire.
Most recently, we were thrilled to congratulate the Glenmede team on the grand opening of their newly renovated space—a project that beautifully showcases the strength of our partnership. Our team had the privilege of touring the final result, and we couldn’t be prouder. The renovation features an elegant adjoining stair with stunning marble steps, serving as a true architectural centerpiece that blends timeless craftsmanship with modern design. Every detail was thoughtfully executed to deliver an environment that is both functional and uplifting.
This milestone follows Glenmede’s decision to once again partner with Erickson for a significant corporate restack spanning the 38th, 39th, and 40th floors of One Liberty Place. The ongoing project includes extensive renovations—from new partitions, millwork, and floor and ceiling finishes to full mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, audiovisual, acoustic, and lighting upgrades. A monumental staircase will soon connect all three floors, created through newly opened slabs, further enhancing connectivity and efficiency within their workplace.
