Erickson completed Phase 1, a comprehensive life safety enhancement project, focused on protecting both the facility and its occupants through modern, high-performance building upgrades. This initial phase delivered critical improvements to fire protection systems, infrastructure, and building safety, laying the foundation for future phases.
Phase 1 included the installation of advanced fire alarm systems and new refrigeration boxes to strengthen early detection and fire containment capabilities. Existing fire suppression systems were expanded to increase coverage, and new general lighting was installed throughout the facility to improve visibility and overall safety.
To further enhance system reliability, Erickson performed extensive repairs to existing fire suppression infrastructure, including the installation of a new fire pump and the repair and replacement of critical piping. The phase also encompassed a full roof replacement spanning approximately 70,000 square feet, reinforcing the building’s structural integrity and long-term resilience.
The successful completion of Phase 1 reflects Erickson’s continued commitment to life safety, quality craftsmanship, and strict adherence to the highest industry standards—delivering measurable safety improvements and peace of mind for all building occupants.
