Renovation of Roman Catholic High School’s Wood Street Building into the Howard Center for the Arts. Houses rehearsal space for music students, lesson rooms, art studios, CAD, photography and piano labs, and a black box theater to support the school’s music and art curriculum. Renovations to the facade and second floor were included in addition to modifications necessary to meet code.
