We’re honored to once again be recognized by the General Building Contractors Association (GBCA) Construction Excellence Awards—this year as finalists in two distinct categories, with a winning project that reflects the heart of what we do best.
C. Erickson & Sons was named a finalist for Excellence in Craftsmanship ($5–$30 Million) for the Glenmede Trust project, a sophisticated renovation that demanded precision, attention to detail, and seamless coordination with a long-standing client partner. The project exemplifies our ability to deliver refined, high-quality environments while maintaining operational sensitivity and architectural integrity.
In addition, we were finalists—and proud winners—in the Building Transformation & Renovation Under $5 Million category for The Franklin Institute’s Body Odyssey Exhibit. This award-winning project reflects our deep experience in the cultural and museum sector, where construction requires not only technical expertise, but respect for storytelling, public engagement, and historic context. Transforming the space into an immersive, educational exhibit was a true team effort and a meaningful contribution to one of Philadelphia’s most iconic institutions.
