Philadelphia Marriott Downtown 2011 GBCA Award Winner

C. Erickson & Sons was presented the award for Best Commercial project $5-15 million for the completion of renovations to the ballrooms, conference/meeting rooms, and common corridor spaces of the main hotel tower and Reading Terminal Headhouse.  Project completed ahead of the 9-week schedule.  Also receiving the award were TVS Designs as the architect and BH Axis as project manager.


Erickson Awarded New Addition Project at the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf

C. Erickson and Sons was recently named construction manager to build an addition onto the existing school located in North Philadelphia.  Construction began in July on the Maguire Student-Community Learning Center which  features an Internet café, two state-of-the-art science labs, a full teaching kitchen, seating space for each student age group to eat together, and additional performing arts and meeting space for special activities at PSD.  The project is expected to be complete by March, 2012.
