Sustainable Construction

Sustainability is the standard on all Erickson projects, not just those targeted for a sustainability designation.  Erickson consistently strives to maintain an eco-friendly environment during construction, whether it is in developing a Construction Waste Management Plan, Dust Mitigation Process, Indoor Air Quality Program, or selecting low VOC materials.  Our LEED Accredited and Green Advantage Certified staff are engaged early in projects to assist in the selection of environmentally conscious materials and processes and develop sustainability plans that are carried out during construction.  On LEED targeted projects, Erickson works closely with the project appointed LEED representative to ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
