As a seamless service within Erickson’s preconstruction and construction management processes, Erickson can perform design model constructability reviews and 3D MEP shop drawing clash detection and coordination when requested by our clients. 3D Laser scanning paired with BIM coordination has proven to be a valuable asset to our clients for Erickson’s interior fit out projects. Erickson prequalifies and assembles a proficient subcontractor team that participates in and assists us in realizing the BIM coordination process. Erickson leads the process from first clash meeting until the as-built coordination model is complete.
